For hygienic reasons, we do not provide yoga mats. Please bring your own yoga mat and any other personal items to make your experience more comfortable.
The venue provides plenty of folding chairs.

This event is about 60-75 min. long. No intermissions. Please feel free to get up quiety at any time and use the restroom during the event.

There are several affordable metered public parking lots nearby. Street parking is also available throughout the Highland Park neighborhood.

Yes! Highland Park boasts a variety of casual eateries such as Home State, Mendocino Farms as well as sit-down restaurants, all within 2 blocks of walking distance to the event venue. As a reminder, doors open at 7pm.

Bottled water is OK. Food and alcohol are not permitted at this event. We offer Summer Sunset outdoor events where picnic baskets are welcome!

Yes, there is a wheelchair ramp to the entrance, restroom is ADA compliant.

We offer Sound Bath for small dinner parties, birthday & anniversary celebrations, gender inclusive wedding showers, celebration of life and candlelight vigil services. We also offer sound bath for large scale corporate retreat. Please see our Private Event page for details.
